• In depth look at the stages of labor & physiological birth
• How to create a birth plan + a template for you to use
• Common interventions
• How to prepare your body for birth

Session 2:

• What to expect after birth for you & your baby (postpartum preparation)
• Coping techniques & tools for labor
• How your spouse/support person can support you during & after birth
