My name is Holly Arroyo, and I’m a certified birth doula based in Caldwell, Idaho.
My passion for birth work began after having three very different experiences of my own—a c-section, a medical induction, and a fast, unmedicated birth. These taught me just how powerful the right support, preparation, and education can be.
As your doula, I offer compassionate care through pregnancy, labor, and postpartum—whether you're planning a home birth, a hospital delivery, or hoping for a vaginal birth after cesarean .
I support you emotionally, physically, and spiritually, and I’ll help you advocate for what’s best for you and your baby.
